Returns and Exchanges:
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged by you.
The returned goods must contain labels and other packaging with which the goods were originally sent to you. Soulesilk reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.
Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice, or handiwork.
If you believe your merchandise is damaged, please notify us within 5 working days of receipt.
Refunds:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and name. We will provide instructions on returning the merchandise.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Shipping and Insurance Charges:
Soulesilk will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is canceled.
The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.
Exchanges:
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us with your order number and name.
We will ship the correct merchandise to you as soon as we receive the wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
Please note:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds for returned items will only be processed once we have received and inspected the merchandise.
