Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers the colour of products may appear different on different monitors.

Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the internet is not precise.

Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual product.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products we carry and that appear on the website.

We offer international shipping! We offer free shipping only in India and will ship all orders within 15 days in India. For international orders we take 20 days.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed and undamaged by you.

Soulesilk will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.

The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility. The returned goods must contain labels and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. Soulesilk reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office , if you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of the receipt. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handiwork . 

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
